Viking Ridge overnight camping trip in Northern BC

In this adventure, we hike up to the alpine lake on Viking Ridge in Sugarbowl / Grizzly-den Provincial Park in Northern BC in order to test out our Durston XMid-2 trekking pole (https://durstongear.com/) tent in preparation for various summer and winter camping trips. Testing your gear is essential before getting deep into the wild so that you know it will perform as you expect it to. On this particular trip, I brought Penny the adventure dog to assist for our first overnight at Viking Ridge.
