McMillan Creek Regional Park in Prince George, BC
Comment 0

Located on the lower east side of the Hart area in Prince George, BC this trail overlooks the Nechako River to the South.

This park includes the Nechako River cutbanks and McMillan Creek as it passes through a ravine surrounded by Douglas fir trees. The creek is a valuable spawning bed and habitat for rainbow trout and there are special Province of BC fishing regulations in place.

There is a 2.5 km trail or a shorter, easier 1 km trail directly to the cut banks lookout and the scenic view of Prince George. The park also has interpretative signage, picnic tables, and washrooms.
