TrekkingWithgTaz and TeslaPrince planned to snowshoe the Torpy Mt trailhead up to Fang Mt Ridge yesterday after we had heard the road was plowed to within 1 km of the trailhead but discovered yesterday that it was only plowed to the camp area adding 3-4 km to get to the trailhead. This post is to let people know that the trailhead is likely snowmobile packed since snowmobilers go up that road to access the Torpy cabin however, you will require an extra 3-4 km to start the hike up Torpy Mt Trainlead.
